Termination or cancellation of membership in the Program will result in the immediate closing of the Member’s Triangle Rewards Account and the cancellation of all eCTM in such Triangle Rewards Account without any compensation or other liability to the Member. Canadian Tire may, in its sole discretion and at any time without prior notice either (i) cancel the Program or (ii) except if you are a Member residing in Quebec, Ontario or such other province where prohibited by law, establish a date upon which eCTM will expire and may no longer be used.
